A proud graduate of CUNY School of Law and The City College of New York, Kelsey earned her Juris Doctor and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Jewish Studies. Since her admission to the New York State Bar in 2017, she has been guided by CUNY Law's motto, Law in the Service of Human Needs, with an emphasis on listening carefully and communicating clearly.

Kelsey began her legal career representing survivors of domestic violence in the Bronx Family Court. She later joined Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, where she advocated for crime victims and individuals navigating complex public benefits systems. Throughout her career, she has prioritized helping clients understand their options in straightforward, accessible terms so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
