Christine Fiorile Harrington

Christine Fiorile Harrington graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York State and the Southern District of New York, and is a member of the Dutchess County Bar Association.

After graduating from law school, she worked for the New York City Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services in the Office of Legal Affairs. Christine represented New York City government in child support proceedings in New York County Family Court involving families receiving public assistance. Christine developed litigation skills in a fast-paced environment.

When Christine and her husband returned to the Hudson Valley, Christine worked as a staff attorney at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley where she provided free, high quality legal counsel in civil matters where basic human rights were at stake for low-income individuals and families. Her practice focused on basic estate planning, public benefits cases, and landlord/tenant cases. She also enjoyed going out into the community and providing legal education to local senior citizens.

Christine has been at the Law Office of Rachel Flanagan Frost, P.C. since 2019. Her practice is centered on probate and estate administration. She enjoys working with clients and walking them through the lengthy process of the administration of their loved one's estate.

Christine resides in Dutchess County with her husband and three children.
